Adding a Session to a Case

When you have added a new case you are returned to the Case and Client List screen where you can select the case and add a session to the case. In this video you will see how to add a session to a case in OpenFIT.

Step by Step Guide

To add a Session to a case you need to be at the Case and Client List screen. This is the opening screen on OpenFIT. If you are not at this screen click on the Home option on the menu on the left hand side. When you are at the Case and Client List screen click on the Case Number of the Case you wish to add a new session to. This takes you to the Sessions and Feedback screen.

On the Case and Client List screen click on the case number of the case you wish to add a new session to. This takes you to the Sessions and Feedback screen.

Session Date and Time
The system defaults to the current date and time. To change the date click on the calendar icon to the right. To set the time click on the clock icon to the right.
Session Type
The system defaults to face to face as this is the most common session type. If this is a phone consultation with a client then select Phone, if it is an online consultation such as Skype Chat we suggest you select Online.

Click Save to save the session details or cancel to exit without saving.
